Amanda Woodward is a business owner in the field of UK Property, specialising in Investment, Development, Property Management and Training.

Amanda purchased her first property in London back in 2010 and became a financial independent business owner before the age of 30. She left behind the world of employment in her early 20s to pursue her dreams of building a property business which in 2025 will celebrate 15 years in the industry.

UK Property is at the heart of everything Amanda is involved in and in recent years the focus on large developments, commercial conversations and hotels has been very exciting. Expansion from Staffordshire & Cheshire into Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, alongside investments in London & The South East provides a depth of experience in the industry that her investors & joint venture partners depend on to deliver high performance returns.

" I remember one of our early property deals which was a buy, renovate and sell project on Fairfield Avenue in Stoke on Trent. Our portfolio then grew to buy to lets, student lets, professional HMOs, lease options, serviced accommodation and more recently commercial conversions creating serviced hotels. My highlight to date has to be launching our first hotel in the summer of 2019 which was a real milestone. We have worked with investors and joint venture partners throughout the last 15 years to share our profits and growth which we still continue to do today. "

Amanda has also spent 10+ years educating tens of thousands of aspirational property investors from intimate strategy training courses, to the Excel arena speaking in front of a 5,000 strong crowd on behalf of Rich Dad, Poor Dad Founder Robert Kiyosaki
